Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a tertiary hospital. We are looking for a Revenue Head who will oversee the financial operations of outpatient services in a healthcare facility. This role will be reporting to the CEO with office in Manila.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Manage the revenue generated from outpatient services. They need to ensure that the billing process is accurate, timely, and compliant with healthcare regulations.
  • Address the loose ends in the hospital by identifying areas to improve.
  • Develop and implement revenue strategies to maximize revenue for the healthcare facility.
  • Analyze trends in the outpatient market, identify opportunities, and develop strategies to capitalize on those opportunities.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities to increase revenue.
  • Create reports that detail revenue performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop plans to address those areas.
  • Ensure that all billing and revenue management processes are compliant with healthcare regulations.
  • Be up to date with changes in regulations and implement any necessary changes to remain compliant.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with payers, patients, and other stakeholders to ensure that revenue management processes are optimized.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing or any related field
  • At least 10 years in the related field
  • Preferably from healthcare, FMCG or Telco industries
  • Excellent written, visual and verbal presentation skills.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills for effective planning and execution of objectives
  • Strong sense of self-motivation and professional responsibility
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Eagerness to communicate outside of working hours on urgent and priority issues.
