About the role
The role as a Reward Analyst is to help support the reward team, making sure everything runs smoothly and continuously so it can improve.
Interfacing with the HR team in and outside London and some stakeholders within PD, including F&C and planning group.
Helping the delivery of the annual salary and bonus review for all the entitles at the bank.
Annual review - you'll be helping review across the bank their processes, including engaging with key stakeholders to understand the challenges.
Benchmarking - Administer annual salaries across the bank, you'll engage with line, local and overseas HR business partners.
Salary Bands - Advice with the bank, their salary structures and bonus schemes
Bonus modelling - Deliver accurate modelling using the banks bonus to help make new outcomes.
Recruitment - Present timely and accurate benchmarks across the business.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
Multi-year experience of Reward Analyst
Proven track record in managing as a Reward Analyst
Understanding of bonus modelling
Strong Excel skills
Excellent communication skills
Degree preferred, CIPD
