LMA is currently working with a fast growing , publicly listed company who are going through an exciting period of change
This role is a newly created role in the structure and will lead the Reward function Globally for a high profile business.
You will work closely with the business line HRD and will be responsible for designing and implementing the Reward strategy and building a new Reward strategy for the business, complete with grading, bonus and incentives.
This role would suit a highly skilled Reward Director with experience of working in a FTSE business, with experience of managing and attending remco and acting in an advisory capacity to a Senior HR Director.
