Dress Code: Traveler provided scrubs/Navy Blue
EMR: Cerner
Level 4 Trauma Center

Submission Requirements

* 1 Year CURRENT Skilled Nursing experience - Required

* Proficiency in med passes, physical assessment and dressing changing required

* BSN - Preferred

* Cerner EMR experience - Preferred

* Previous travel experience - Preferred

Certification Requirements

* BLS (AHA)

State License Requirements

* West Virginia

Additional License Requirements

* WV or compact. Facility WILL allow a WV Emergency License (must apply within 24 hours of offer acceptance)
