International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of our client - a multinational FMCG company.

Our client is seeking for a Route to Market Manager who is responsible for planning, implementing strategies and market expansion for the Sales team, to support company business imperatives and targets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain full view of Vietnam expansion stage strategy
  • Define expansion toolkit / playbook-based expansion stage model
  • Benchmark expansion strategies from the market (competitors, different industries, other countries, within ABI, OBPPC, etc.)
  • Expansion stage model rollout and implementation
  • Train the Commercial team
  • Day-to-day management of expansion scorecard / KPI within different stakeholders
  • Results tracking, evaluation and standardization or re-planning
  • Build future joint business development plan
  • Maintain holistic view on RTM/Contact strategy by cities
  • Work closely with RTM and Sales Team to plan the launch of new distributors

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (Business, or any Business major related or Applied Economics, Commercial Engineering)
  • + 5 years' experience in areas related to commercial, strategy planning, market development
  • Experience in a multi-national company environment (Beverage/ FCMG Industry/ Consultancy)
  • Stakeholder management, leadership and team building skills
  • Strong analytical capabilities, high level planning skill and ability to multi-tasks
  • Integrity and Discipline
  • Fluent in English & Vietnamese
