Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of a technology company who have backed and launched leading health care and dental companies in North America and Southeast Asia. They empower disruptive technology companies to grow exponentially by providing capital, personnel, and expertise.

Job Summary:

Our respected client is seeking a Sales Ambassador who is an extension of the Marketing and Operations teams, you are the face of Alina to our dentists and patients. Understanding that you play a critical role in the overall sales process, you're responsible in case presentations with both empathy and excellence. You have an innate ability to build rapport at the onset and understand the deep emotional need of the patient and work collaboratively with different teams to translate this feedback into ways we can improve their overall experience. The job is in BCG, Taguig City, Philippines with a Hybrid working arrangement/4x a week in the store day requirement.

On the one hand, you are also responsible in building a solid network of dental partners by managing a seamless on boarding experience for new dental partners and managing a continuous feedback loop and act on opportunities to improve our partnerships.

As part of a growing team, you are highly motivated, naturally curious professional with great listening skills, a collaborative work ethic, exceptional problem-solving skills to get the job done.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and enhancing our existing trading platform, end to end.
  • First point of contact for target patients for case presentations
  • First point of contact for our dental partners - equipped with strong product knowledge and partner management skills
  • Act as conduit Marketing team and Operations team to ensure feedback from both dentists and patients are translated to ultimately improve their experience with us

Key expectations:

  • Previous customer success/ business development with strong customer management experience
  • Great communicator: asking the right questions and listening also to what is not being said
  • Great analytical abilities and attention to detail, but keeping the big picture in mind
  • Able to engage in human conversations (vs. hard-core transactional selling)
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get hunger to hit our KPIS
  • Teamwork mentality
  • At least 5'4 in height
