Sales and Marketing Manager

Executive recruitment Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing premium local cookie brand. Our respective client is looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager who will develop and research marketing opportunities, covert it to sales strategies and ensure achievement of the sales and marketing goals. This role requires onsite reporting from Mondays-Fridays, office is located in Makati and will be reporting to President/CEO.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Realize marketing and sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information
  • Achieve marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets
  • Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertisements
  • Enhance product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities
  • Plan and complete marketing action plan
  • Establish annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions
  • Recognize marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements
  • Consistent team management
  • Maintain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits.
  • Deliver information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Develops and implements an effective digital marketing plan
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field
  • At least 5 years work experience in Sales and Marketing, with 2 years supervisory/manager role
  • Superior organizational and time management skills for effective planning and execution of objectives
  • Strong sense of self-motivation and professional responsibility
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Eagerness to communicate outside of working hours on urgent and priority issues
  • Willingness to support the needs of other departments if necessary
  • Ability to work in a close-knit team setting
