Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Global Toy & Game Company. Our respected client is seeking a professional with suitable qualifications for the Sales Consultant Role [Contract position]. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Job Description:

  • Regular Interaction and Engagement with the local business affiliates, distributor & retailer.
  • Facilitate Quarterly and Monthly Business Review Sessions.
  • Maintain a Monthly Scorecard to monitor progress on Point of Sale, Inventory, and Shipments according to the business plan.
  • Oversee SNI Sample management with Customer Service and Address Any Issues.
  • Collaborate on local Marketing Strategies (including Campaigns & Events) following the overarching Marketing Strategy with Partners and Agencies.
  • Apply Trade Marketing Strategies both in Physical and Digital realms.
  • Perform on-site visits to ensure Availability of Key SKUs, Outstanding Execution, and Retailer Satisfaction in the Wholesale segment.
  • Handle inquiries about Marketing materials and Product information.
  • Assist in the creation of sales and forecast plans for each client at the brand and product level, including attendance at monthly GEM Forecasting meetings.
  • Collaborate with the GEM Operations team to secure inventory for forthcoming promotions.
  • Partner with the customer/distributor's inventory management team to oversee stock levels and achieve targets as per GEM recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Based in Indonesia.
  • Background in FMCG/Consumer durables within the local market.
  • Sales background, preferably within a consumer goods or commercial setting.
  • Skilled in managing account plans, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Capable of working independently in a dynamic, evolving retail landscape, managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong and articulate communication skills, capable of engaging with individuals at various levels and from diverse cultures, both orally and in writing.
  • Proficient in networking across functions, with a knack for persuasion and influence.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Proficient in English.
