Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Malaysia's Industrial Division is recruiting on behalf of a global MNC in developing, engineering, and supplying technologies, processing plants and proprietary equipment for Oils & Fats, Animal Feed & Agro Food, Oleochemicals & Biodiesel Detergents, Surfactants & Chemicals amongst many others. They are seeking for a Sales Coordinator with at least 2 year(s) of experience. The job will be based in Shah Alam, Selangor.
Key job responsibilities include:
- Handle day to day spare parts/engineering services enquiries, checking pricing with vendors and prepare CS quotations, order confirmation.
- Prepare Project Recommended Spare Parts List with pricing.
- Compile costing/sales record/technical data required for budget estimation, sales reports, and strategy planning analysis.
- Assist in updating the standard documents, template, brochures based on group's latest adaptation.
- Data entry for order information in shared point Sales folder, Dynamic 365 and CIS.
- Assist in organizing Sales & Marketing activities - exhibitions/conference/seminars.
- Assist in preparing documentations required for Internal Audit.
Key job requirements include:
Candidate must be a diploma or degree holder or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of relevant experience.
Computer literate with Sharepoint, Dynamic 365, CIS, Microsoft Excel, Word.
Able to work independently under minimum supervision and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented, meticulous, responsible, and able to communicate well.
Proactive and self-driven individual with strong organization and multitasking skills.
