|Executive search firm Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a leading fashion distribution and retail company. We are looking for a Sales Director who will be responsible for the overall direction and management of all sales, operations and business development activities. This position will report to the President, on hybrid work set-up and their office is based in Makati, Metro Manila.|
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Direct activities aimed at business growth and sustainability.
- Establish and execute overall sales strategy.
- Direct and lead overall sales and business development activities.
- Deliver financial results.
- Spearhead growth and sustainability of overall business development efforts.
- Create effective sales and account management practices and systems.
- Lead flawless execution of sales processes.
- Build strong working relationships with accounts/business partners.
- Spearhead business target/goal setting for each account in close coordination
- with account managers.
- Build strong business discipline and initiatives.
- Establish and develops a quality, stable, and productive sales team.
- Manages effective interpersonal and inter-department relations.
- Bachelor's degree in business studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
- At least 5 years experience in retail sales operations as Senior Manager/Manager
- Excellent skills in presentation
- Must be from fmcg, retail, fashion and retail industry
- Highly knowledgeable in distribution
- Has more than 5 years in experience in retail sales and operations
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic and with strong personality
- Distinctive communication and presentation skills, strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Flexible and resourceful in challenging and changing situations.
