International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting Sales Director (BFSI) on behalf of an international market leader in AI-powered Customer Lifetime Value automation company. This job is located in India to manage Middle East and South Asia regions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for selling AI products and solutions for CX and Customer Lifetime Value Management solutions in BFSI domain across the globe, with special focus on Middle East and South Asia.
  • Drive all activities of the Sales Cycle from Identification to Closure and Contracting
  • Leverage own relationships, own networking and develop new relationships with C Level executives of customer
  • Develop a value selling pitch specific for BFSI market
  • Develop opportunity specific partner/channel if necessary
  • Presentation to Clients, Preparation of Proposals and Negotiation of Commercial Terms and Conditions

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10+ years of Predominant Sales experience, selling into Banks, Insurance and Fintech companies in Middle East and South Asia
  • Experience in selling enterprise solutions in areas related to CRM, Customer Experience Management, Marketing Automation and Customer Analytics
  • MBA from a premium B school
  • The ability to make impactful customer centric solution presentations to customer organizations (CMO/Marketing Director, Product Heads, Digital Heads, Technical Heads)
  • Understand commercials, contracts and the ability to negotiate sustainably profitable commercial terms and conditions
  • Must have developed the Customer from scratch (Most recently in last two years). Ability to identify, connect and network with key stakeholders at the customers end on a regular basis
  • Aware and informed about the latest trends of the industry (Artificial Intelligence, Big Data Analytic, Customer Experience, Digital Transformation)
  • Have proficiency in English and command over any other foreign language will be an added advantage
  • A Sharpshooter, Hunter
  • Excellent presentation skills and should be able to impact fully introduce the brand and the value it can generate for the customer
  • Team Player, with Multi-Cultural Exposure
  • Willingness to travel or move to different geographies as per organisational needs
