International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of an international market leader in AI-powered Customer Lifetime Value automation company. This job is regional-based position and to be placed in within Indonesia or Malaysia to manage SEA region.

Job responsibilities:

  • Sell major Products and Solutions in assigned regions
  • Drive all activities of the Sales Cycle from Identification to Closure and Contracting
  • Target the leads in the area of CVM/Digital CVM (Customer Value Management), Customer Intelligence, & Analytic Communication Service Providers in assigned regions
  • Create opportunities which can be put into the Funnel for the Sales Measurement
  • Leverage own relationships, own networking and develop new relationships with C Level executives of customer
  • Develop opportunity specific partner/channel if necessary.
  • Presentation to Clients, Preparation of Proposals and Negotiation of Commercial Terms and Conditions
  • Responsible for Post Sales Activities such as Relationship, Invoicing, Collections and CSAT

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10+ years of predominant sales experience, selling into Communication Service Providers
  • MBA from a premium B School
  • Should have Consultative Selling Capabilities. Hence preferable to have also played an account management role
  • Track record of successful selling experience with Telecom Operators in multiple geographies as clients
  • The ability to make impactful customer-centric solution presentations to customer organisations (CMO/Marketing Director, Product Heads, Technical Heads)
  • Must have developed the Customer from scratch (Most recently in last two years)
  • Ability to identify, connect and network with key stakeholders at the customers end on a regular basis
  • Understand commercials, contracts and the ability to negotiate sustainable and profitable commercial terms and conditions
  • Well aware and informed about the latest trends of the industry (Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, M2M, Digital)
  • Proficiency in English and command over any other foreign language will be an added advantage
  • A sharp shooter, hunter
  • Willingness to travel or move to different geographies as per organisational needs
