International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a multinational Electronic company. Our client is seeking for a Sales Engineer who has strong experience in CCTV and Security camera industry.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales, inventory, and purchase orders for Tier 1 Partners.
  • Increase purchase orders to meet sales forecasts by channel.
  • Engage with Tier 1 and Tier 2 partners weekly, onboard new Tier 2 System Integrators.
  • Develop strategies to enhance partner loyalty and relationships.
  • Grow new pipeline, conduct market analysis, and coordinate technical support.
  • Promote products through direct end-user approaches and support partners' projects.
  • Create and manage project pipelines, collaborate with System Engineering team for proposals and designs.
  • Drive marketing activities for brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Provide pre/post-sales support for products.
  • Collaborate with APAC teams to achieve business targets.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales/Business/Administration/Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT product channel sales, 2 years of experience in direct sales
  • Familiarity with security solutions, AI tech, Video Management software.
  • Hunter mentality for market penetration and project pipeline creation.
  • Quick learner with technology interest, problem-solving skills.
  • Good English skills.
