Job Responsibilities:
- Manage sales, inventory, and purchase orders for Tier 1 Partners.
- Increase purchase orders to meet sales forecasts by channel.
- Engage with Tier 1 and Tier 2 partners weekly, onboard new Tier 2 System Integrators.
- Develop strategies to enhance partner loyalty and relationships.
- Grow new pipeline, conduct market analysis, and coordinate technical support.
- Promote products through direct end-user approaches and support partners' projects.
- Create and manage project pipelines, collaborate with System Engineering team for proposals and designs.
- Drive marketing activities for brand awareness and lead generation.
- Provide pre/post-sales support for products.
- Collaborate with APAC teams to achieve business targets.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales/Business/Administration/Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT product channel sales, 2 years of experience in direct sales
- Familiarity with security solutions, AI tech, Video Management software.
- Hunter mentality for market penetration and project pipeline creation.
- Quick learner with technology interest, problem-solving skills.
- Good English skills.
