Our respected client is seeking a Sales Enhancement and Development Manager who will review, update, Implement, and Monitor Key Sales, Sales Support Systems & Policies. The successful candidate will be based in Pasig City.

Key job responsibilities include:
* Responsible for Route-to-Market strategies and different viable distribution designs including the customer needs of both the Company and the Distributor partners.
* He/She is also expected to be adept with the Sales processes and to continually review, enhance and recommend improvements.
* To devise an organizational training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes.
* SEDM will also identify training and developmental needs and drive suitable training initiatives that build loyalty to the company.

Job Requirements
* Graduate of any four-year (4) course
* With at least 5 years of managerial experience
* With Sales and Marketing experience
* With Planning and route design capability
* Proficient in MS office application
* Good presentation skills
* Understand TNA and Training Evaluation
* Good in MS Office application
* Knows the Basic, Coaching, Mentoring Performance Monitoring Techniques
