The Sales executive will be in responsible for driving plastic pellet sales through various clients in all potential segments. Develop sales opportunities, maintain relationships with existing clients, and manage the entire sales process. - Follow up sales activities, expedite various activities according to the plan
- Search and develop new customer.
- Liaise with other departments within and outside the company.
- Contact new customers to increase sales to meet the company's goals.
- Maintain old customers and customer groups assigned by the company.
- Open the electronic industry market for Japanese and Korean customers.
- To handle customer complaint or reject & fill in Sales documents as per procedures.
- To in-charge of Sales administration function like, filing & standardization of Sales documents, reports on Sales monthly performance for future reference.
- To coordinate on customers' purchase order, sales delivery commitment, finished good balance stock, arrange transport to deliver finished good to customers on time including preparation of all shipping document
- A bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, manufacturing, or a related field is required.
- Proven sales experience and knowledge of the plastic pellet manufacturing industry or something comparable
- Proficient in English communication
- Able communicate in Chinese, Japanese, or Korean would be advantageous.
- Have good interpersonal relationships and high execution.
- Able to drive a car, possess a driver's license, and own a car.
