Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting is recruiting on behalf of international non- life insurance company in Thailand. The company has been providing motor, health and travel insurance.

The position involves being a Sales include training sellers on products and sales techniques, organizing sales events, maintaining strong relationships with managers, monitoring sales performance and handling other relevant duties as assigned.

Job Responsibilities

• Providing training on product knowledge and sales techniques for sellers
• Enhancing and elevating sales activities, such as organizing events/booths at branches
• Having strong relationship management with Regional Managers/Branch Managers
• Conducting the meetings to update sales/loss performance
• Ensuring applications and documents comply with company procedures pre-sales and post-sales, as well as adhering to the bank's market conduct guidelines

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics or related fields
• Having an experience in insurance, Bancassurance Sales and financial advisor is preferable
• Good knowledge of market conduct
