Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting is presently seeking a Sales Manager on behalf of our beauty and skincare client. Our client is a pioneering global professional skincare brand with a distinct objective of becoming the unrivaled leader in Malaysia. This role will primarily concentrate on the B2B aspect, focusing on the acquisition and development of new salon and account partnerships.

Job Summary:
The ideal candidate for this position must possess a proactive and results-oriented approach to secure new accounts within the market.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identifying and establishing new partnerships and dealerships
• Nurturing and overseeing the exponential growth of business partners
• Ensuring the achievement of assigned sales targets and the expansion of the customer base
• Providing leadership, coaching, and support to the sales team, if applicable
• Undertaking other tasks as assigned by the CEO
• Devising strategic initiatives to expand sales across East and West Malaysia
