International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of an International Implementation System, Software as a Service (SaaS) company. As the business keeps developing, our client is seeking for Sales Manager position. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify new sales opportunities through networking and converting them into long-term partnerships.
  • Lead the sales process for ERP system Odoo implementations (from securing clients to closing deals).
  • Present Port Cities and Odoo products/services to potential customers.
  • Follow up with the client throughout the sales process in order to better understand their ongoing needs.
  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers overall experience.
  • Collaborate with the Manager to develop detailed business plans in order to boost sales and improve the sales-process.
  • Manage and participate in networking events ( i.e.; attend trade shows, user conferences and sales seminars) initiated by both internal and external parties.
  • Attend to the website SEO and create good content for the blog.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years work experience in solution sales/business development/pre-sales/ software as a services company.
  • Minimum of 1-year hands-on work experience in and understanding of ERP system implementation/software development/implementation.
  • Bilingual proficiency; ability to speak and write both English and Vietnamese.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to build and manage strong relationships with the team, cross-functional colleagues, clients and external partners
  • Growth mindset and positive attitude.
  • Have existing client references relating to ERP systems.
