International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a automated warehouse solutions supplier. Our client is seeking for Sale Engineer up to Sale Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Preferred is a Bachelor's Degree in related field.
  • From 3-5 years of Sales experience for logistics & warehouse automation solutions
  • Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Good written and verbal English skills. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is big plus
  • Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office Applications.
  • Goal-oriented, dynamic, and high sense of responsibility.
  • Team and disciplined working spirits.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

Job Requirements:

  • Sales & Target:
    • Present, promote and sell company's products to existing and prospective customers.
    • Identify target customers based on identified industry segments
    • Generate sales calls and visit existing and potential customers.
    • Conduct presentations and demonstrations, proof of concepts and any other related demonstrations relevant to sales.
    • Perform analyses of existing and potential customers' needs and offer solutions that address their needs
    • Prepare and calculate standard offer/quotations based on identified customer needs in line with company's standards, rules and regulations or as directed and submit for approval.
    • Negotiate tender and contract terms
    • Conduct regular sales planning and report it to the functional manager.
  • Business Development:
    • Grow the business by being visible in the market.
    • Make suggestions for and support the organization of local fairs, seminars, conferences, and market analyses.
    • Attend local and international company fairs.
    • Market Research
    • Analyze the market as input for suitable sales strategies.
    • Keep constantly updated on relevant knowledge, trends, and best practices.
    • Forecast, analyze, and report to the functional manager market potentials, trends (innovations), customer needs, interests and problems and appraise customer segmentation and competitor activities including information on cross country investments of customers.
    • Plan sales activity based on market analysis.
  • Customer Relationship:
    • Develop, establish and maintain long term, positive relationships with customers
    • Make contact and promote good relationships with subject matter experts, key customers, and decision makers.
    • Build and maintain strong and sustainable relationships with customers by emphasizing the company's comprehensive industrial solutions.
    • Provide excellent service to customers by giving undivided attention and focus on meeting their needs.
    • Find solutions to customer issues and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
    • Anticipate questions, concerns and future issues and provide solutions that will consistently result in repeated business, word of mouth referrals and increased sales.
    • Represent the company to the public, key stakeholders, and partners to ensure a good reputation.
