Sales or Business Development Manager, who is accountable for business expansion for Building Service Contractor sector. Ideal candidate will further strengthen the market presence and sales volume in Thailand, through implementation of sales strategic commercial plans and team management.
- Identify market opportunity with an aim to expand business and increase sale volume.
- Lead sale and marketing team in achieve business goal.
- Conduct the operational control of the direct team on daily business operation to ensure that it has been complied with the defined sales strategies and guidelines.
- Develop sales strategy and/ or strategic direction for the sector to drive for sales growth and ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the execution.
- Develop plan and a clear strategy as to how to effectively execute the business plan, manages catalogues, events, customer satisfaction, meetings with clients, product presentations and effective company's online marketing.
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop the sales team in order to deliver the business results as planned.
- Liaise and collaborate with other concerned parties in order to deliver the business results as desired.
- Ssupporting customers by providing guidance, technical knowledge, troubleshooting to increase dealer's capability and performance.
- Ensure that direct reports have performed the business operation which aligned and compliance with the company code of conduct as well as company policy, procedures, and guidelines.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, or related fields.
- Extensive experience in Building Service Contractor operation or selling products to this sector before.
- Good at analytical, strategic, and commercial thinking, planning & organizing, negotiation, presentation, communication skills.
- Sales oriented with good command of the English language.
- Computer literacy focusing in Microsoft Office program, Internet
- Able to travel including traveling outside of Bangkok to meet clients.
