International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a multinational well-known solutions provider with strong presence in Vietnam market.

Our client, the company with innovative technology, is seeking an professionals with at least 5 years of sales experience for Sales Manager position. This is a home-based position.

Job Summary:

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for national customer relations to achieve our sales targets. You will always have an eye on the market and recognize new potential immediately. Your passion for sales and your hands-on mentality will help you to assert yourself in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Striving to achieve the goals aligned within company growth strategy. Developing and executing the sales strategy for Vietnam
  • Expanding our customer network, maintaining existing customer relationships and actively developing them into long-term partnerships
  • Be the customer advocate and trusted advisor for the customer in Vietnam market. Optimize customer relationships by building trust through frequent customer visits and communications.
  • Analyze customer performance and needs, identify opportunities, and translate this into proposals for solutions to the customer
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and execute relevant actions and communications
  • Supporting and working closely together with internal team to provide the best solutions for clients.
  • Facilitates good relationships with industries and experts to maximize the sales potential.
  • Constantly monitoring market developments and trends
  • Travel frequently within the region, and internationally as and when required.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering. MBA is a plus.
  • At least 4-5 years of sales experience with proven track record achievement in multinational working environment.
  • Strong understanding of food processing.
  • Analytic, organized, goal oriented and result driven
  • Trustworthy, convincing and loyal person with a high goal orientation
  • Good networker and easy to build-up relationships with customers, partners and peers
  • The will to travel within the region (mostly the South of Vietnam)
  • Business fluent in English and Vietnamese
