Executive recruitment company, Monroe Consulting Group Thailand is recruiting on behalf of a leading transport and logistics company. Our client is currently looking for a Sales Manager with extensive experience and exceptional skills to spearhead the establishment and management of a sales team in Bangkok.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to increase revenue for our freight forwarding business. The Sales Manager will work closely with the operations team to ensure that customer expectations are met and exceeded and will collaborate with other departments to develop new business opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share for the freight forwarding business.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of services.
  • Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and industry partners.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential customers and industry groups.
  • Attend trade shows and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and network with potential customers.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in freight forwarding sales.
