International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing company in providing transactional solutions. As the business keeps developing, our client is seeking for Merchant Acquisition Lead position. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop gas station network in consideration of location convenience, setup quality, fuel type offerings, opening time, camera, receipt printing, and so on.
  • Oversee the induction process following the signing of a contract with the gas stations, including complete information package for signing the contract, the deployment strategy, training, and any customizations...
  • Sustain close relationship with the gas station corporations such as Petrolimex, PV Oil and leading regional gas companies by giving prompt supports to their request and making regular calls and visits.
  • Increasing the volume of gas consumed by existing consumers.
  • Work closely with Sales, Gas Stations, and Operations to provide a consistent level of service and accomplish set goals.

Job Requirements:

  • Be at least 5 years successful B2B sales experience
  • A dynamic, proactive, flexible, results-oriented, and high ownership mindet
  • Have background in: Gas retail, driver recruitment for on-demand services, SAAS solutions for retail, lubricant/tyre retail
  • Strong ability to interact and network with gas stations
  • Possess solid analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
