Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a leading multinational company with a core focus on Heavy Duty filtration products. As expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with at least 8-15 years' experience in industrial gear product for the job of Sales Manager - Industrial Gear Products. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Approach OEMs/contractors/distributors which are using gear reducer, gearmotor, and motor.
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, etc.
  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
  • Provide sales and technical support to customer or prospect.
  • Prepare sales reports which are required on weekly and monthly basis.
  • Update CRM system and use it for customers monitoring.
  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle customer complaint.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better result.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with team members.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Engineering, Economics or related
  • At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in industrial gear reducer, gearmotor, and motor sales.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesia language.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and MS Teams.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
  • Independent, fast learner, and passion for sales.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentation
