International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a top machinery trading company (industrial printers) in Vietnam. Our client is seeking for a Sales Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Generate sales calls and visit existing and potential customers
  • Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions in line with company's standards, rules and regulations or as directed
  • Cooperate and coordinate with team members and other departments.
  • Verify technical drawings, layouts and cycle time analysis to match the customer needs
  • Generate economic analysis and concepts to offer competitive concepts.
  • Monitor and report the project development with regular update of CRM system.
  • To assist on ad hoc tasks or projects as required by the Management

Job Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in related sector with good performance in B2B Sales. Experience in trading business especially printing machines.
  • Willingness to travel frequently locally and overseas and to work extra evening hours.
  • Sales skills: interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability & network to approach decision maker is big plus.
  • Style: Professional and familiar with Western working culture
  • Communicate well in English.
