International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a multinational well-known solutions provider with strong presence globally.

Our client, the company with innovative technology, is seeking an professionals with at least 3-5 years of sales experience for Sales Manager position. This is a home-based position.

Job Summary:

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for national customer relations to achieve our sales targets. You will always have an eye on the market and recognize new potential immediately. Your passion for sales and your hands-on mentality will help you to assert yourself in a dynamic environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Growing revenue via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing enterprise client accounts
  • Meeting Quarterly & Annual Revenue Targets
  • Managing perspective client relationships through all phases of the sales cycle
  • Developing and maintaining prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads
  • Facilitate internal resources necessary to further the sales cycle such as Executives, Presales, Sales Development, Product Management, Marketing etc.
  • Managing current channel partners and developing new one.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 3+ years of sales experience focused on growing existing business or new business. Experience with solutions sales is a must, strong network with following industries retails, hospitality, manufacturing.
  • Ability to adapt, overcome objections, and learn complex solutions
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment with revenue deadlines
  • Outstanding online presentation and demonstration skills
  • Self-motivated, persistent and dependable
  • Business fluent in English and Vietnamese
