Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a Multinational Chain Manufacturer Company for the role of Sales Manager for their Lifting Equipment Business.
Job Description :
- Representation of the company and its lifting solutions product and services in Indonesia and Philippines
- Explore and develop opportunities for alliances and partnerships.. No direct Sales.
- Own, develop, execute, and regularly review the business development activities for the company in Indonesia and Southeast Asia to grow our business
- Design, implement, and execute go-to-market plans to grow our business in the region
- Sales forecasting and planning
- Consistently building and delivering an accurate opportunity pipeline
- Engage with current and potential customers to discuss and understand their needs and requirements
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company brand
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities
Job Requirements :
- A minimum 5 years experience in business development, sales, product management in an industrial environment
- Degree in engineering/ business economics
- Entrepreneurial thinking with a good feeling for customers and markets
- Experience and a network in the lifting industry highly appreciated
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with SalesForce, or other CRM systems and related sales tools
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Other languages are a plus!
