Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a national property developer. As the company is continuously growing, our client is seeking a professional with at least 5 years strong experiences in sales and marketing in property industry. This position will be based in Palembang.

Job Description:

• Lead the sales team consist of 3-5 sales team members to meet marketing and sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements & preparing an annual budget
• Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs, developing field sales action plans
• Provide knowledge for customer related to products, availability, and process buying.
• Resolve customer complaint regarding service and process buying.
• Maintain good relationship with customer

Requirement:

• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialised in Sales - Corporate in Property Developer Company or equivalent.
• Willing to be placed in Palembang, South Sumatra
