Sales Officer
Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a holding coal mining company. As the company is continuously growing, our client is seeking a professional with at least 5 years of strong experience as sales & logistic. This position will be based in Jakarta.

Key job responsibilities:

• Ensure sales administration is conducted according to procedure in timely manner.
• Maintain good relationship with customer and provide solution to customer problems and/or complaints.
• Ensure the availability of monthly marketing report.
• Assist Sales Head in ensuring Tender document has completed accordingly.
• Responsible in preparing the Annual Budget & monitor budget.
• Attending the monthly coordination meeting with Customer
• Ensure every activity in QSE management system is implemented and complied within working unit

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any major
• Have 5 years level in a role of in sales/marketing, shipping/logistic, contract management and tender.
• Proficiency in English & Mandarin
• Understanding in international coal or mining industry and regulation
• Have good problem solving and performance management skills.
• Well organised and detail oriented/accurate personality with strong analytic skills
