Executive recruitment firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf an international company specialized in automotive industry. The company is based in Makati and the role is to be assigned on a hybrid set-up.

Overview:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Planning & Logistics Specialist. This key role involves overseeing lead inventory management, forecasting, and the efficient distribution of cars through effective logistics planning. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven track record in sales planning and logistics management.

Key job responsibilities include:

  1. Lead Inventory Management:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead inventory levels.
    • Implement inventory control measures to optimize stock levels and minimize shortages.
    • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align inventory levels with demand forecasts.
  2. Forecasting:
    • Develop and implement effective forecasting models to predict sales trends and demand fluctuations.
    • Analyze historical data, market trends, and customer behavior to improve accuracy in sales projections.
    • Work closely with sales and product teams to adjust forecasts based on market changes and business priorities.
  3. Distribution and Logistics:
    • Plan and coordinate the distribution of cars to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with logistics partners to optimize shipping routes, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency.
    • Monitor and track shipments to address any issues and ensure on-time delivery.
  4. Process Improvement:
    • Identify areas for improvement within the sales planning and logistics processes.
    • Implement and refine standard operating procedures to enhance efficiency and reduce lead times.
    • Continuously assess and implement best practices to streamline operations.
  5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Foster strong communication and collaboration with sales, marketing, production, and customer service teams.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to improve overall business performance.
    • Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure seamless coordination.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales planning, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in using relevant software and tools for data analysis and forecasting.
  • Knowledge of automotive industry trends and logistics practices is a plus.
