Our respected client is looking for a highly motivated and result-driven who has at least 3 years of solid experience in handling Orthopaedic products to join their company as the Sales Supervisor. The job is based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver a minimum Annual Sales Target
• Develop sales channels and expand market coverage
• Maintain sound relationship with customers including hospitals, surgeons, KOL, and Distributors
• Organise and attend seminar, conferences, workshop, and exhibitors of orthopaedics products
• Prepare market and competitor analysis, create innovative sales and market plans to match company's yearly target

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above majoring in Medical, Biology, Bio-medical Engineering, or another related field.
• Minimum 3 years of solid experience in handling Orthopaedic products.
• Familiar with Orthopaedic market and its business process.
• Intermediate English speaking and writing skills.
• Good presentation and negotiation skills, self-motivated, and great teamwork spirit.
