The role encompasses the following accountabilities and responsibilities:
Ensuring that the application is managed according to company, business, and vendor standards in conjunction with the application Technical Manager.
CRM configuration changes designed, performed, and deployed error free and according to business requirements.
Act as a liaison between the business and IT to ensure technical requirements are met based on business needs
Maintain and develop Salesforce application
Design technical solutions for business requirements, ranging from page layout updates to APEX code
Deploy configuration changes to production environment
Document configuration and technical solutions
