International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of an international group in the fields of law consulting.

Our client is looking for a professional and experienced candidate with working experience in a professional services firm. The job is based in Ho Chi Minh City.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
  • Welcoming and looking after visitors.
  • Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments.
  • Dealing with incoming email, faxes, and post.
  • Recording timesheets for lawyers on a daily basis.
  • Typing and processing documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations.
  • Organizing and storing paperwork, documents, and computer-based information.
  • Managing the information bank (including legislation, advice, precedents, marketing files and client/matter files).
  • Sending newsletters and legal updates to clients.
  • Assisting in events and other business development activities from time to time.
  • Searching for internal and external information as and when required.
  • Assisting lawyers in typing/amending emails/documents before sending to clients.
  • Enhancing workflow with effective time management to coordinate related documents and organizing information to support lawyers.
  • Translating documentation and legislation when required.
  • Specializing in data management, handling documents, and ensuring all work-related documents are recorded in Worldox system.
  • Managing/organizing the office filing storage as well as other documents.
  • Preparing/filing/handling client matters, documents on a weekly basis.
  • Managing office inventory and maintenance of the office machinery equipment.
  • Carrying out general secretarial/administrative duties as required from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Fluency in oral and written English.
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Excellent typing and computer skills (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working for a foreign company in Vietnam as similar position.
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
  • Ability to use initiative and be proactive.
  • Mature attitude, hard-working, detailed, and careful.
