Senior Ad Specialist (Google Search)

About the Team:

Each member of the team is responsible for managing advertising budgets of over one million dollars annually, providing services for our in-house developed app product. The team is well-equipped with end-to-end support, both front-end and back-end, operates in a flat organizational structure, responds swiftly, and maintains transparent communication. Through data-driven business decisions, we attract millions of paying users worldwide using the most scientific methods.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Growth team in developing and executing Google Search Ads advertising strategies to promote app user acquisition and growth.
  • Manage advertising accounts, create and optimize ad campaigns to ensure ads are displayed at the appropriate time, location, and in front of the right audience.
  • Regularly monitor ad performance, conduct data analysis, and provide reports and recommendations on advertising strategies and effectiveness.
  • Work closely and coordinate with other team members, creative teams, and data analysts to ensure consistency between advertising campaigns and overall growth strategies.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitors' advertising strategies, enhance ad performance through testing and improving different ad formats and creatives.
  • Maintain close contact with the Google Ads platform, staying informed about the latest advertising tools and features, and applying them to advertising strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher. At least 1 year of experience in Google Search Ads management, familiarity with Google Search Ads advertising.
  • Candidates with experience in advertising for tool-based applications will be given priority.
  • Experience in managing projects with an annual budget exceeding $100,000.
  • Proficiency in using advertising analytics platforms and attribution tools.
  • Strong learning ability, enthusiasm for researching new advertising trends, and Google Ads techniques, with the ability to iterate quickly. Interest in data, possessing strong data analysis, mining, and inference skills.
