Executive search firm Monroe Consulting PH is recruiting on behalf of a reputable manufacturer of Optical products. They are currently in need of a Senior Analyst for Global Supply Chain that will be accountable to implement & track key metrics (Cost Savings, DIO & DPO), key Commodities (such as resins), and analytical support across global procurement categories, Transportation & other Supply Chain groups. The role needs to collaborate and partner with various cross functional teams within the company for process improvement initiatives. The job is based in Tanauan, Batangas.

Job responsibilities:

▪ Partner with Global Procurement leaderships & procurement category leads. Gather and consolidate procurement data across different procurement categories globally. Execution of sourcing events (RFI/RFP) and perform scenario analysis to evaluate supplier proposals to support decision making.
▪ Periodical tracking, analysis of key commodities & in-process measures:
- Key Commodities: Polycarbonate resins, Monomer feedstock & upstream materials, etc.
- In-Process Measures:
a. Inventory (FG, WIP & Materials)
b. Contract Coverage
c. Supply Continuity Improvements (Second Supply Bases, Business Continuity Plans)
d. SRM (Supplier Relationship Management)
▪ Partner with Global Transportation team. Monitor and analyze transportation cost (inbound/outbound) across manufacturing sites and sales affiliates to determine most cost-effective shipment methods and improvement opportunities. To participate in competitive events (i.e.: tenders, bids) globally or regionally, analyze proposals & recommend the best solution or suppliers.
▪ Perform spend analysis to influence focus and prioritization and to identify opportunities for cost
improvement and value delivery.
▪ Support digitization initiatives (i.e., Spend Visibility, e-Sourcing, e-Catalogue)
▪ Facilitate data management where contribute to data architecture, data extraction, manipulation,
visualization from multiple data sources/format. Develop actions to improve data quality and integrity.
▪ Support and enhance existing KPI dashboard. Track performance against target.

Job qualifications:

▪ With a degree in Finance & Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or related field.
▪ At least 5+ years of experience in project management or supply chain management. Finance experience and Global or Regional experience would be an advantage.
▪ High-level understanding of all aspects of supply chain processes.
▪ Supply Chain Management certification is not necessary but preferred.
▪ Excellent analytical and systematic skills to evaluate complex data and processes.
▪ Strong interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact and influence others.
▪ Proven track record in setting up data analytics and reporting capabilities together with a high degree of data interpretation skills.
▪ Experience working in and maintaining databases using Microsoft Excel and other data analytics tool.
▪ Ability to multi-task, prioritize and ensure delivery of priorities and work without close supervision
