About the opportunity:
- Lead the development of strategic, insight led brand plans
- Create and brilliantly execute the brand plan through the development of compelling communications
- Drive innovation and renovation projects

- Established FMCG all-round marketer. Can demonstrate extensive experience of the full marketing mix.
- Strong commercial acumen, as well as proven track-record of developing all types of communications including TV, social and digital media
- Experience of leading new product developments (internally and with external partners)
- Co-developing pricing an promotional strategies
- Multi-functional team management with both technical (e.g. R&D) and commercial (e.g.Customer Marketing) functions.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
