Award-winning executive recruitment company, Monroe Consulting Group Thailand is recruiting on behalf of a Clinical Solution company, for the position of Senior CRA I. This position is based in Bangkok.

The Senior CRA I will work on the frontline of communication with project stakeholders while supervising study start-up, clinical monitoring, and site management activities on the country/regional level. This position will be based in Bangkok

Job Responsibilities

• Support with building a clinical team in the country.
• Overseeing the clinical study set-up and being responsible for site communication and management.
• Supervise study activities, timelines, and quality control, while conducting and reporting all types of onsite monitoring visits.
• Overseeing the maintenance of study-specific and corporate tracking systems.
• Be a point of contact for in-house support services, contractors, global cross-functional teams, and works in partnership with IRB/IEC and Regulatory Authority in submission.
• Responsible for execution and oversight of clinical trial country submissions.
• Ensure consistency of all study processes and contribute to the development and update of project planning documents, essential documents, and project instructions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Extensive experience in the clinical research process and site monitoring
• Experience in Oncology, Infectious Diseases, Neurology, and/or Inflammatory Bowel Disease studies will be highly advantageous.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) and Thai language.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities within a variety of complex clinical trials.
• Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving mindset
• Strong communication and implementation skills
