Our client, a membership organisation within the Professional Services sector, seeks a strong Content, Communications and Marketing specialist with excellent digital skills.

Reporting directly into the Executive Director of Communications and Strategy, you will be managing the development and delivery of all major marketing, communications and digital innovation projects as well as ensuring all communications processes are aligned and followed. Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the monthly communications plan and leading on all projects
  • Ensuring marketing and events campaigns are prioritised and resources are aligned to deliver these
  • Developing all digital properties and carrying out ongoing evaluation of digital assets and performance
  • Managing social media channels and website
  • Creating, promoting and distributing thought leadership pieces
  • Video creation, distribution and management of video platforms
  • Delivering email marketing campaigns
  • Distributing PR and important news
  • Overseeing the implementation of their new CRM system (Microsoft Dynamics based) and ensuring that communications and marketing processes are successfully transitioned and integrated across all channels
  • Actively looking for opportunities to promote initiatives, events, member achievements and tools
  • Acting as central contact for the wider communications team

This is a fully remote role, so the successful candidate will need to be self-sufficient and self-motivated, and be able to oversee one other team member. Experience of working within a Global environment would be ideal.
