Senior Finance Manager
Executive recruitment Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of a food trade corporation that specializes in direct importation of Asian (dry/frozen) food items that are being supplied to different restaurant chains, hotels and food institutions in Metro Manila, Luzon and Visayas Region. Our respective client is looking for a Treasury Supervisor who will mitigate the effects of payables by processing and managing the disbursement of all cash and cash equivalents effectively and efficiently.
This position requires onsite reporting and will be reporting to the Finance Manager and is located in Quezon City, Metro Manila.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Generate weekly and monthly reporting of cash flow and direct contribution reports
  • Responsible on cash forecasting, bank reconciliation and management reporting
  • Provide accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with the accounting policies
  • Oversee tax filing requirements
  • Responsible for analyzing and preparing finance technical data
  • Creating financial business cases to support business initiatives
  • Responsible on cash forecasting, bank reconciliation and management reporting
  • Generate and maintain government contribution report, tax reporting and external auditing
  • Responsible for stakeholder management
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or any equivalent degree
  • At least 5 years work experience as a finance manager capacity
  • With strong background in financial and tax reports.
  • Ability to work independently with statutory and regulatory reporting background
  • With SAP knowledge
  • Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience in shared service centre is an advantage
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic and with strong personality
  • Distinctive communication and presentation skills, strong analytical and conceptual skills
