Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group's Technology Division is exclusively partnered with a rapidly expanding American based ERP Consulting firm, Our distinguished client is seeking for a Senior Functional Consultant.

Requirements:-
1. Strong Accounting background
2. At least one end to end implementation
3. Experience with NetSuite core/basic accounting, supply chain management, SuiteBuilder (custom fields, custom records, custom forms), and Workflow
4. Comfortable with leading projects with minimal guidance
5. Resourceful in terms of finding answers for team members and/or clients and proposing solutions
6. Comfortable with client management with consultant mindset: (consultants don't "work for" clients, they "lead" clients); candidate with experience of not just "doing what's asked by client", but conducting their own reasoning and pushing back if what's asked doesn't make sense based on their expertise/experience with business and NetSuite
7. Comfortable with drafting script specifications and work with developers to implement the script solution
8. Able to quickly learn new NetSuite modules via help center documents and/or NetSuite LCS training videos
9. Experience with user training, including prepping training documents and delivering user training via conference call or onsite
