Executive Recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group's Technology division is currently recruiting on behalf of a global forefront player in distributing beauty and functional food products to all corners of the world. Our distinguished client is currently seeking for a Senior Graphics Designer with at least 3 years of experience in conceptualising, designing, and executing a prototype for attention-grabbing packaging materials, using design elements to create packaging that is functional and appealing to consumer.

Job Description

  • Involve in the end-to-end design process for packaging materials for products, including brainstorming, sketching, proposing practical mock-up structures, creating prototypes that are cost-effective and CI branding for the product
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to create eye-catching designs
  • Analyse market trends, consumer needs and product details to conceptualise effective package designs
  • Ensures the quality and brand standards are met, and packaging solutions are provided in a way that will resonate with the consumer
  • Create work-flow to accommodate working on more than one project at any given time, complete all projects on time, within budget, and maintain the highest quality standards
  • Maintain and make sure files are organised and properly filed as packaging printing quantities are very large, must be very cautious not using the wrong file for printing


Job Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in, Graphic Design or Industrial Design may be preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Graphic Design role
  • Strong knowledge of creative tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, 3D software programs/modelling software and photography
  • A packaging designer must have a strong portfolio with a variety of samples that demonstrates their creativity, attention to detail and knowledge of market and consumer trends
  • Familiarity with different packaging materials is helpful
  • Knowledge of output final artwork and a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced environment
