Executive Recruitment Company, Monroe Consulting Group is partnering up with a multi-national tech company in Indonesia. Our client is looking for Senior HR Manager that will be responsible in working with cross function team to manage end to end HR activity as well as managing recruitment activities to further grow the company.

We are looking for someone who is capable to have full responsibility to operate at both the strategic and tactical level touching on all aspects of people practices. Working with the VP Human Resources APAC, the person will be instrumental in laying the foundations for this growing company to continue to grow and thrive. A clear understanding of a sales and service organization would be highly desirable together with a strong sense of commercial acumen, ability to demonstrate sound judgment, attention to detail, outcomes orientation and insightfulness. Preferably someone from Telco/Tech industry who is experienced in handling technical position.

Responsibilities will be including:

  • Help creating a culture which encourages teamwork and ownership of the business results;
  • Provide leadership and functional HR support for Indonesia operation;
  • Set up lead and fully execute key initiatives that support Verint's HR strategy;
  • Guide leaders and employees regarding Company policies, values, HR programs including compensation & benefits administration and interpretation to ensure policies and procedures are handled consistently and in a timely manner;
  • Accurately diagnose organization issues, develop solutions and implement action plans;
  • Ensure activities are in compliance with local employment laws and regulations;
  • Assist leadership in performance management and developing effective pipeline and succession plans;
  • Understand the business operations from both a strategic and tactical perspective;
  • Partner with local teams to ensure ongoing outreach;
  • Develop and execute HR strategies to improve overall scalability within organization and culture;
  • Lead and participate in Region level Diversity and Inclusion initatives;
  • Be a confident communicator and able to effectively present to all levels of the organization;
  • Effective manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks and work independently

People specification:

  • 13+ years' experience in Human Resource generalist experience including 5+ years at managerial level;
  • University degree in Human Resources or Labor Relations;
  • Experienced in handling technical position, coming from Telco/Tech industry background
  • Strategic and analytical mind with solid experience in change management, designing and executing staffing strategies;
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence the decision making process;
  • Must be a confident communicator and able to effectively present to all levels of the organization;
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as necessary
