Executive Search Firm Monroe Consulting Group Philippines is recruiting on behalf of one of the country's leading hospitals. Our respected client is seeking a Senior HR Officer (Volume Recruiter) who will focus on volume hiring, employer branding and recruitment marketing. The job is based in San Juan City, Philippines.
Key job responsibilities:

  • Effectively source and screen qualified candidates through various sourcing channels (e.g. Indeed, Facebook, Jobstreet, etc)
  • Actively attends local job fairs, apprenticeship programs, school, and university job fairs for additional channels for sourcing
  • Conduct interviews, test administration, background investigation to qualified candidates
  • Reviews, validates, and provides recommendation for manpower requests
  • Ensures consistent implementation of onboarding and offboarding process
  • Process employee movements such as regularization, promotion, or exit.
  • Conducts exit interviews
  • Maintains, monitors, and updates personnel related data
  • Prepares government report and management information reports
  • Maintains accuracy and timely submission of manpower reports
  • Conducts market analysis and recruitment information to generate information for recommendation to management
  • Conceptualizes and implements programs relevant for the department
  • Coordinates with recruitment agencies
  • Performs other functions as may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.



Key qualifications include:

  • A graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Behavioral Science and other business-related course
  • A licensed psychometrician is a plus
  • With at least 2 years of experience in manpower planning, volume hiring and HR admin
  • Has interviewing and sourcing experience
  • A team player, strategic thinker, and with good analytical and negotiation skills
  • With good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledgeable in business writing
  • Must be willing to report onsite daily, Mondays to Fridays
