Job Title: Senior Interaction Designer

Project Scope:
Designing beyond borders. At our clients multi-disciplinary design and innovation lab in Lund, we are crafting solutions for the global market. We are seeking an experienced Interaction Designer with a strong passion for innovative design and expertise in Business-to-Business projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in interaction design and be able to translate complex requirements into elegant and functional solutions. Additionally, the candidate should possess a keen eye for identifying opportunities for innovation and larger improvements.
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Interaction Designer, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand our business customers' needs and objectives. You will develop and iterate on design concepts and prototypes that clearly communicate design intent and effectively address customer needs. You will create wireframes, user flows, and mockups that effectively communicate our design solutions. Additionally, you will work closely with the design team and internal and external stakeholders to ensure design specifications are implemented correctly. It is essential to stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to interaction design, including but not limited to B2B environments.
Qualifications Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in Interaction Design, User Experience Design, Visual Design, Digital Media Design, Communication, or equivalent.
* One or more of the following knowledge: prototyping, AI, visual storytelling, communication, and copywriting.
* Required skills/personal characteristics: A high-quality portfolio showcasing excellent communication skills, proficient in using the required digital tools, excellent communication skills, and cross-cultural collaboration experience preferred.
