Job Responsibilities:
Organization Chart Design:
- Create and update organization charts.
- Align charts with our strategic goals.
Communication Strategies:
- Develop communication plans for clear information sharing.
Learning Programs:
- Designing training programs.
- Assess and improve training effectiveness.
Onboarding Acquired Talent:
- Create onboarding programs for new talent.
- Ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Continuously improve the onboarding process.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field. Master's degree or L&D certification is a plus.
- At least 7 years of L&D experience with a focus on organization chart design, communication, and onboarding.
- Proficiency in organization chart creation tools.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Adaptability and a passion for talent development.
