Executive recruitment Monroe Consulting Group is looking for an experienced Senior Learning and Development Specialist with 7 years of expertise for a contract based position for our IT company client. This role involves creating organization charts, effective communication, and onboarding talent acquired by our company. You'll play a key role in shaping our organization and supporting the development of our team. We need someone who can join IMMEDIATELY

Job Responsibilities:

Organization Chart Design:

  • Create and update organization charts.
  • Align charts with our strategic goals.

Communication Strategies:

  • Develop communication plans for clear information sharing.

Learning Programs:

  • Designing training programs.
  • Assess and improve training effectiveness.

Onboarding Acquired Talent:

  • Create onboarding programs for new talent.
  • Ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
  • Continuously improve the onboarding process.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field. Master's degree or L&D certification is a plus.
  • At least 7 years of L&D experience with a focus on organization chart design, communication, and onboarding.
  • Proficiency in organization chart creation tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Adaptability and a passion for talent development.
