Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of one of the leading Fast Moving Consumer Group Companies in Indonesia. Our respected client is seeking a professional. The job is based in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics operations, including supply chain management, transportation, and warehousing, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for luxury goods.
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of logistics operations, including planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the movement of goods.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and carriers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Lead and manage a team of logistics professionals, providing direction, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for logistics operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed to optimize logistics operations.
  • Stay updated with relevant regulations and industry trends related to logistics, luxury goods, and regulatory compliance, and provide guidance to the organization to ensure compliance.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as procurement, sales, and customer service, to ensure seamless coordination and communication across the supply chain.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize logistics processes, reduce costs, and enhance operational efficiency while maintaining regulatory compliance.


  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in logistics operations, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and luxury goods.
  • Proven experience in managing logistics operations, including supply chain management, transportation, warehousing, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to luxury goods, including customs regulations, import/export regulations, and other relevant laws and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of logistics professionals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
