Executive recruitment consultant Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of one of the leading Fast Moving Consumer Group Companies in Indonesia. Our respected client is seeking a Healthcare Compliance professional. The job is based in Indonesia.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage the organization's healthcare compliance program, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines in the healthcare industry.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in healthcare laws and regulations, and communicate relevant updates to leadership and staff to ensure compliance.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and assess compliance risks, and develop and implement corrective action plans as needed.
- Provide guidance and training to employees, managers, and other stakeholders on compliance matters, including HIPAA, FDA regulations, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and other applicable regulations.
- Collaborate with various departments within the organization, including legal, finance, operations, and human resources, to ensure that compliance requirements are met in day-to-day operations.
- Respond to compliance-related inquiries, concerns, and incidents, and conduct investigations as needed.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with external stakeholders, such as regulatory agencies, auditors, and vendors, to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and regulations.
- Prepare and submit required reports and documentation to regulatory agencies as needed.
- Monitor and analyze compliance metrics and data, and provide reports to senior leadership to track compliance performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in the development and implementation of compliance-related policies, procedures, and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in healthcare compliance, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare laws, regulations, and guidelines, including HIPAA, FDA regulations, Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, and other relevant regulations.
- Experience in developing and implementing healthcare compliance programs, policies, and procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate complex compliance concepts to various audiences.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and assess compliance risks and develop and implement corrective action plans.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, and to lead and influence others in a matrixed organizational structure.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Professional certifications in healthcare compliance (e.g., CHC, CHPC) preferred.
