Your responsibilities:
* Planning, leading & controlling of innovative & complex ASIC development
projects
* Support in effort estimation & feasibility evaluation, as well as contribution in
process improvement & optimization
* Responsible for project reviews & reporting to customers & management
* Coordination & collaboration with customers, suppliers & internal departments
during the whole development process
* Implementation of risk, change & escalation management to ensure strategic
project goals

Your profile:
* Degree in electrical engineering with focus on electronics / microelectronics or
related fields of engineering
* 5+ years of professional experience in the Semiconductors field
* Understanding of processes in the Automotive field
* Understanding, consolidating & presenting of technically complex contexts to
management

* Process or product development in semiconductor or high-tech industry
* Design, verification, validation, production & qualification of ICs
* Management of internal & external development teams
* Problem-solving competences
* Deeply initiative method of thinking
* Travel flexibility
* B2 + German, and Fluent English
