It details the billings, skills and experience required to develop professionally as a recruiter through to Associate Director.

You control your own earning potential and PROGRESS will enable you to set a pay review whenever you have hit your targets (upto twice a year)

The Role

  • Experience in recruiting the following disciplines:

  • coaching, managing and mentoring a growing team 

  • Ensures team delivers high quality client experience 

  • Driving KPIs (both activity based and financial), with view to maximising sales

  • Set client development plans, ensuring there is a balanced distribution of clients 

  • Understand ConSol Partners’ vision and communicate key messages to both candidates and clients 

  • Provide accurate forecasts and rationale behind them

  • SME in either of these technologies web development, social media, telco, cloud, 
    virtualisation, networking, CDN, IP, Video etc.

  • Demonstrable evidence of winning new accounts and developing existing accounts 

  • Client development, relationship-building, maximising new business opportunities
