International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of the global pioneer enterprises in fastening technology and assembly systems. Our client is seeking a Senior Sales Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Sales Execution & Business Expansion
    • Showcase leadership expertise within the B2B sectors, advance sales growth with a focus on the Vietnamese Market
    • Cultivate connections with existing clientele and actively onboard new clients across key sectors
    • Ensure, enhance, and fortify the company's position within the designated product category, encompassing fasteners and their systems for the Automotive, Aerospace, and General Industry domains
    • Lead projects with the aim of achieving high success rates, deeply content customers, improved profit margins, and swift cycle times
    • Initiate and formulate annual marketing strategies and sales targets, monitor progress, and guarantee implementation
    • Demonstrate business acumen and collaborate on the business's strategic trajectory with the Asia Purchase Board
    • Implement a 3-year Strategic Plan tailored for the Vietnamese Market
    • Lead projects with the objective of achieving high success rates, greatly satisfied customers, optimized margins, and reduced cycle times
    • Prepare quotes and contracts for clients as necessitated by the Sales Manager
    • Establish monthly and quarterly reports for presentation to the Asian Board, and create monthly sales reports.
  • Marketing
    • Develop comprehensive marketing blueprints, including ongoing evaluation of competition and market potential
    • Launch marketing initiatives and customer acquisition campaigns, overseeing the successful alignment of the marketing mix's 4Ps (product, pricing, promotion, and placement/distribution)
  • Management
    • Oversee brand management and excel as a mentor and guide to staff
    • Manage teams across diverse realms such as Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, etc.
    • Maintain an overarching role by supervising operational, financial, and legal affairs, while also overseeing HR activities
    • Assume complete accountability for P&L, EBIT, and turnover
    • Evaluate financial projections and statements, exercising budgetary control.
    • Exhibit financial proficiency and exemplify a robust analytical mindset that drives efficiency and challenges the existing norms.
    • Undertake the annual budget preparation process

Job Requirements:

  • 5-10 years Sales experience of industrial parts, components, and tools (fastener is highly preferable). Selling directly to end users/customers (B2B), not using any distributor.
  • Degree with a business background with sound knowledge of commercial economics.
  • Strong intercultural knowledge and communication capability
  • Fundamental knowledge of the Vietnamese Market
  • Dynamic/proactive entrepreneurship with structured working style and strong leadership skills
  • Representation of the company in seminars, exhibitions, and congresses
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English
  • Demonstrated experience of growing a business in a newly established regional Office.
  • A natural leader with the desire to develop people and put the best team on the field.
  • Strong influencer and able to build strong stakeholder relationships across the business whilst taking directions, implementing policies and execute global projects. Builds trust.

  • Frequent travelling is required.
